Cimo-Patric Röcker (born 21 January 1994 in Schneverdingen, Germany is a German footballer that plays for Werder Bremen Under-19s and Germany Under-17s. He played left-back for Germany at the 2011 FIFA U-17 World Cup, where his team finished third; Röcker scored one goal in these championships. Regarded as a player of rich potential, Röcker has been favourably compared to the legendary former Brazil national football team and Real Madrid left-back Roberto Carlos da Silva.

Career

General

Since January 2008, Röcker has played in the Werder Bremen junior teams. In the 2010/2011 season he was captain of the U17 Werder Bremen. His sponsorship contract runs until 2012. In the 2011/2012 season he is, for second time captain of the U19 team.

National Football Team

Röcker was from May 2009 in the German U15 national team squad and counted in August 2009 for the U16 squad. In the summer of 2010 he was appointed to the German U17, celebrated his debut in September. On 29 March 2011 he scored his first goal against Switzerland in the national team jersey. In May 2011 he took part in the U17 European Championships in Serbia, after the World Cup in Mexico.
